Underworld -- underground

Qui in Giappone sanno davvero come sfruttare al meglio gli spazi...qui dove solo nella metropoli di Tokyo trovano casa circa 30 milioni di persone, e dove ve ne lavorano anche più, si capisce quanto sia importante ottimizzare gli spazi - risorsa, lo spazio, essenziale. Ed ecco che allora gli operosi e alacri genii dell'urbanistica mettono in moto la macchina dell'ingegno e inventano lo spazio sub terraneo, e fanno il vuoto laddove c'era suolo, terra, materia, per poi subito dopo riempirlo e corredarlo di tutto il necessario....

Prima furono i corridoi delle metropolitane: ecco che lungo la passeggiata che porta da una linea all'altra, o da una linea alla prima uscita, senza vedere la superficie anche per centinaia di metri, si vedono nascere ristoranti, panetterie, negozi, eccetera, per il completo svago del pendolare di passaggio.

Dopo furono anche le aree limitrofe: tutto diventa un sottopassaggio, tutto viene portato al livello del sottosuolo, così da raggiungere vari e ambiziosi obiettivi tutti insieme....come togliere un bel pò di passanti dalle strade affollate, sfruttare lo spazio in orizzontale,avere maggiore superficie edificabile e modulare, realizzare il sogno, finalmente, di avere GRANDI SPAZI, perchè, dovete sapere che l'ampiezza di questo mondo sotto al mondo è di proporzioni inimmaginabili, una città sotto la città, un business center in continua espansione e in continua competizione con i cugini centri commerciali che svettano verso il cielo.

Here in Japan they know how to use space at best....here, where only in the big Tokyo about 30 million people have home, and where more people work, it's understandable how important optimizing space is - an essential resource, the space. And here they are, the urban geniuses start thinking to some ideas and they invent the underworld, they make vacuum where soil, matter were, and then they refill this vacuum....

first it was the subway passageways: along the passage connecting one line to another, or one line to the closest exit to the surface, you see restaurants, shops, bakeries, coffee shops, and so on, for the complete satisfaction of the daily commuters.

Then it was also the surrounding areas: everything becomes subway, everything is put at the underground level, and several objectives are reached altogether......removing people from the crowded streets, using space horizontally, having a wider modular surface, and finally having HUGE SPACES, yes, you should know that this world underworld is of unimaginable proportions, a city under the city, a business centre continuously expanding itself and continuously competing agains the cousins commercial centers pointing to the sky.
