L'appuntamento annuale con l'astrologia cinese e' arrivato. Ma troppo presto. Domani, per la precisione. Visto che ho avuto una lunga serie di scadenze al lavoro e un ritiro aziendale in questi due giorni, non ho proprio avuto tempo per la mia solita ricerca astrologica e le varie informazioni annesse sul segno dell'anno. Trasmettendo da una località non molto segreta ma molto isolata (e devo ringraziare il caro e utile tecnico delle infrastrutture per darmi accesso privilegiato a internet) nelle campagne al nord di Tokyo, devo dire che non ho molto da raccontare anche se la pace della stanza d'hotel dove mi trovo facilita i pensieri per abbozzare qualcosa. Ecco un'altra occasione per quei buoni propositi che sono stati messi da parte prima, e un'altra occasione per le considerazioni sull'anno lunare che e' appena passato.
Il 31 gennaio entra l'anno del cavallo di legno. Segno amato dai cinesi seppur non quanto quello del drago, pare porti buona fortuna. Il cavallo e' un animale rispettato perché e' forte e può trasportare persone ovunque. Inoltre può essere usato per le battaglie. DI conseguenza e' un simbolo di viaggi e anche successo.
Le persone nate sotto il segno del cavallo sono intelligenti, gentili e avventurose. Sono pero' anche cocciute e ribelli. Quest'anno la fortuna per i cavallo e' altalenante, quindi meglio indossare qualcosa di rosso che porti fortuna. Quando in difficoltà meglio se chiedono aiuto e consigli agli amici. Nel lavoro dovrebbero mantenere un profilo basso soprattutto nei casi di operazioni difficili o quando in dubbio. Anche denaro, salute e relazioni vedono alti e bassi in questo 2014, quindi attenzione a non perdere la pazienza ne' la concentrazione. Siate invece pazienti e aspettate nel prendere decisioni quando in dubbio.
Detto questo, come sarà' l'anno del cavallo per i gallo? Pare che la buona fortuna dell'anno precedente continui….eppure in generale non mi pare di aver visto tanta buona sorte nel 2013 quindi non so cosa voglia dire. Forse anche questuano sarà poco propizio. Ma poi, non ci credo io agli oroscopi, cinesi o no, quindi vedremo. Alla fine del 2014 tirero' le somme.

The yearly appointment with Chinese astrology is coming….soon. Too soon. Tomorrow, as a matter of fact. As I had million deadlines and a company retreat to attend in these two days, I didn't have time for my usual astrology research with all related information on the sign of the year. Broadcasting from a not so secret but very isolated location (and I have to thank the dear and useful system administration technician for giving me privileged internet access) in the countryside north of Tokyo I unfortunately don't have much to say, but the quiet of the hotel room where I am staying helps to collect thoughts and quickly wrap up something informative. You have now another chance to set your resolutions, in case you haven't done it before, and also another chance to draw your final remarks on the lunar year that just passed.
January 31 enters the year of the wooden Horse. A sign loved by the Chinese, although not as much as the Dragon, it is supposed to bring a good year. Horses are revered and respected, because they are strong and can transport people everywhere on their backs as well as be used in battles. Therefore they are symbol of travel and also success.
People born in the horse year are clever, kind to others and adventurous. They are also stubborn and rebellious. This year will see fortune fluctuating for horse people, so they better wear something red that brings good luck. If in difficulty, they better ask friend's advices and help. They should keep a low profile in career, especially when in doubt with a difficult task. Also money, relationships and health will see fluctuations over 2014, so be careful and try not to lose the temper nor focus. Hold your horses, heh, and better wait when insecure on decisions.
That said, what does the year of the horse have in store for roosters? It is said that the good luck from the previous year will continue….well, overall there was not so much luck in 2013, so I don't know what it means. maybe it will be as bad, then. However, I don't believe in horoscopes, whether Chinese or not, so I am at peace with whatever the fate. I will see at the end of 2014 how well we did.
