Office Christmas Party 2013

Plauso agli organizzatori ;)

First Christmas party of the year is over. It was celebrated at work, and somehow this year I turned up to be one of the principal organizers, although I have no idea what an organizer should do. Shame on me, my own mistake, I should know that with the Japanese, as soon as you tell them that you can help with something it means you are in. Up to your neck, actually....

Anyway, after some initial complications, the poor stressed organizer, the real one not me, give me one assignment: set up the room and decorate it. That's easy and enjoyable, after all. So I did, with some help, and after spending the whole afternoon on it we even had a dark room with people blowing candles on a Christmas cake and blue led lights creating patterns on the windows....magic moments.

I gathered a handful of Santa hats and some reindeer horns and they worked very well as mobile decorations. People liked them over all other decorations, judging by how many people wore them during the evening.
I also brought party cones, noisy enough when one popped them to scare people. Well, not that me and the evil "minions" announced it any time we popped one, muhaha!

At the end we were very happy, we all drank and ate more than enough, and we even had leftover food. We then decided to throw a Christmas after party, so the day after we had a buffet lunch with even a whole cake.

Best party in a long time. Kudos to the organizers ;)
