Anti-depressant - L'antidepressivo

It happens that some days we feel in a very very very low mood. It happens that some of us fall into a black hole and hardly make it to return to the surface. It happens that sometimes it is us having a bad day, some other times other people we know have a few bad days. In all these highs and lows, taking and giving lessons, have we learned something we can use again? What do we think we can do for ourselves and for others to get rid of that grey cloud hanging over us? Imagine you want to inflate someone's life with positive and effective words, someone who's experiencing bad times. What would you tell them?

Below is what I believe helps, motivational, inspirational drops of wisdom. If we succeed to follow…

The first, most important thing to remember is that you have yourself. You are a great resource to yourself and the one and only who can really help you. The Japanese say "fall seven times, get up eight". DIY, do it yourself, is the only thing that works really.

The second thing is that you have to take care of your body and mind and soul as best as you can, your whole person is a temple and it is sacred. Do not let anyone or anything to ruin it. Find a sport or join a dance class (ever tried salsa? To me it is the most powerful of all medicines), go out and love yourself, buy yourself a nice dress or that pair of shoes you've always wanted, buy a book to read in peace on a park bench, get a new hairstyle or eat dinner at a fancy place, book a body oil massage and feel good.

Also, no one wants to have a friend who whines at all times, depressed friends are a heavy weight and sooner or later they are avoided. When it comes to listen to your problems, most (most, not all) of your friends don't have time to listen to you. It's a natural selection, so to speak, human beings like to surround themselves with happy faces. Smile any time you have a chance, when you see a rainbow, when you see the full moon, when you greet a friend of yours...your face is a mirror where other people see their reflections. If you smile, they smile too, and you'll keep smiling in return.

You are beautiful and powerful, your potential is limitless. People can hurt you only if you let them.
