Weekend col raffreddore - Long weekend with cold

Quindi, no, rientro a casa senza salsa.

***********

Amazing how many things one can do when one has a long weekend ahead! The third Monday of the month (the 16 this year) is Japan's Marine Day, so NO WORK tomorrow. Actually, tomorrow everybody will go to the beach, apart from those who have already gone to spend there the whole weekend.

But, I mean, the weather is still variable as the rainy season is over just now, and I have abandoned the appealing idea of going some place on the beach, like the ever loved Okinawa, for the weekend to rather stay and socialize, because lately I have been told I am quite solitary. Bad luck wants me instead to catch a cold that forced me to change my sunday plan, originally featuring sun, afternoon with Ale, Maki and the little Giulia, evening dancing salsa.

On Saturday I went shopping, and of course I bought only unnecessary things like nice sexy dresses I will have no chances to wear….women, you know how we are. Then I had dinner with Yuki at Ryuta's our fav pizzeria and eventually we tried salsa at a place too empty and too expensive to go. So, no, no salsa and return home.
The sunday, instead of being out the whole day I was in bed the whole day, with a cold.

But, the Monday is still on, I don't think I will do much, but still is yet one more day available. The weather is supposed to be perfect for the beach, and my folding chair is ready, but let's see when I wake up tomorrow. If I am still ill I can try to do a few of those things one has never time/will to do…

Anyway, by being home today, I managed to book a hotel, suntan a bit, cook something exotic, write a little for my blog, slim my wardrobe down (again, yes, and the gain is to whom will grab the stuffed bag where I wrote "take me"), and few more things.

Tomorrow is my sister in law's birthday, and in two days my cousin will defend her thesis in physics. I can't be with them so I will remember them here. Happy birthday Piera and good luck Valeria.
