Altri grandi viaggi hanno segnato l'anno appena terminato, viaggi verso mete calde e soleggiate come Okinawa e isole minori, l'arcipelago di isole al largo di Izu, ma anche le grandi alpi giapponesi e la scoperta dello snowboard, eletto a unico e solo sport invernale d'ora in poi.
L'anno della tigre è stato davvero tale, pieno di forti emozioni, con 12 interi mesi (finora) investiti nella mia nuova strabordante e totalizzante passione salsera, con lo spagnolo che ritorna rapido e fluente, con le amicizie internazionali.
Dal punto di vista della salute non posso certo dire che sono stata forte come un leone, in effetti spesso le mie difese immunitarie non sono state capaci di difendermi da vari raffreddori stagionali e non, molte volte mi sono sentita fiacca e debilitata, ma per fortuna tutto è andato via con qualche giorno in più di riposo e una sana dieta alimentare.
In definitiva il bilancio dell'anno precedente si chiude in positivo, su tutti i fronti direi...
Oggi inizia ufficialmente l'anno del coniglio, e tante nuove sfide sono già lì pronte per me. Forse questo sarà l'anno della riflessione, della stabilizzazione o forse sarà l'anno della determinazione. Non si sa ancora, ma il calmo e pacato coniglio potrebbe venirmi incontro con suggerimenti intelligenti.

Yet a few more great trips marked the year just over, travels towards warm and sunny destinations like Okinawa and smaller islands, the archipelago of small islands off Izu, but also the Japanese alps and the discovery of snowboarding, undiscussed one and only winter sport from now on.
The year of the tiger was so, full of emotions, with 12 entire months (so far) invested in my new totalizing salsa passion, with the Spanish that is coming back rapidly and fluently, with the international friends.
From the viewpoint of health, I can't say I was as strong as a lion, and in facts my immune system often didn't manage to defend me from the various seasonal and non-seasonal colds. At times I felt weak but with some days of rest and an healthy diet, everything went away quickly.
All in all, I can consider to have had a positive outcome, on all fronts...
Today the year of the rabbit begins, officially, and new challenges are ready for me. This one will be perhaps the year of thinking,stability or maybe it will be the year of determination. I dunno yet, but the calm and quiet rabbit would come in my help with smart suggestions.
