Sex.....Appeal

E in treno c'è l'aria condizionata.

Japanese men, I talk to you who are the category at most risk (although some women better paid attention too) ...

Tokyo is a crowded city, overcrowded. Rush hours are here too, and are punctual like a Swiss clock. Or Japanese, if you prefer. Trains, especially during rush hours, turn into a nazi camp, where millions of people suffer everyday squeezed for short or long traits with no possibility to breath...
Breath. A simple body function, automatic, involuntary, which keeps us alive. And yet, keeping oneself alive is an act of heroism in such circumstances. Not just because of the sardines effect.

Japanese men, you salarymen with a dark and anonymous suit, you with your sleepy faces, you who at 5am have breakfast with a bowl of ramen, you who eat raw fish, you who walk around holding a can of beers at every hour....take care of your own hygiene. For f**k's sake!

Anytime I am on a train, particularly when it's crowded, you, Japanese man, exhale sound breaths of garlic and onion. When you yawn, without even covering your mouth with a hand, I feel the urge to turn on the other side....just to be, then, disgusted by the smell of soy sauce or sweat by the one who's standing beside me! In the summer months, when only the Amazonian rain forest can compete with the heavy Japanese heat, you, Japanese man, seek refreshment with a hand fan and snort....while I am on the verge of fainting...
In these cases it's like the air in the stations, humid and sticky, seems purer than the one circulating in the train. And in there, they have air conditioning.

And they ask me why I'm not attracted by the Japanese men....

Super Powers

***********************

Some time ago I was chatting with a friend of mine, we were discussing about super powers, or: what super power I'd like to have? From there we endured a discussion about the different super powers, their pros and other things.

From a small survey I did, it appears that nearly everybody would like to have the teleportation super power. That's not bad. So, apparently, globalization and the possibility of low cost traveling are not enough for us human being who would like to be exactly in that place immediately...
Such a super power is, surely, very useful when one wants to meet somebody living far, in another continent for instance, and I can't deny that human relationships would profit of the frequency one could meet up others. Practically always, with anybody.

I've got a few ideas on what super power I'd like to have, and the choice among them is difficult. I think, though, I agree with my friend who I started this topic with. He said he wanted to have the copy-cat super power, so to be able to imitate or do anything.

And his comment reminded me of a TV series I used to watch ages ago. It was called 'Jarod (something)' and the main character was this guy who since a child was trained to imitate every profession. Escaped from the centre where he was kept, he made justice around the world, by using the simple rule of 'you did this, so now you are done this' and by using his copy-cat abilities. Here he was a surgeon, there he was a computer geek, over there he was a pilot and so on.

And I remember that I wished I had such an ability. So, yes, my ideal super power would be the copy-cat. I could finally speak all languages, I could do any job I like, and, above all, I could dance salsa. Having language skills would fix the interaction and integration problems, having a good job would allow me to earn a lot and as a consequence I wouldn't need teleportation because I can travel when, where and as much as I want...being able to dance salsa would eventually be a dream came true.
Or I could be a leader of a nation, and make things better, or I could be an agent who digs the bad guys out of their coves to give them to justice, or....imagine if I could do as much as Mc Gyver does, hehe!! Possibilities presented by this super power are, substantially, infinite.

And what kind of super power would YOU like to have? And if you could choose a super hero as a partner, who will that be?

it seems I had already found my super hero some time ago in Okinawa.....

a quanto pare avevo già trovato il mio super eroe qualche tempo fa a Okinawa...
